Online transactions are easy to carry out. Steps to follow are below:
When the customers wish to buy /avail of a product or service, click on “BUY” to add it to the shopping cart. This places the product in an electronic shopping cart. However, placing items in the shopping cart is not a commitment to buy.
Repeat the process to add more products to the shopping cart.
Click on “VIEW CART” to see the details (selected products and services) of your shopping cart. You can change quantities or remove items while viewing your cart. You can also continue shopping by clicking on any other item that you wish to buy.
When they have completed shopping, click on “CHECK OUT” will be required to provide shipping details.
On providing the shipping details, total charges appear on the billing panel above the shipping details panel.
On submitting the shipping details buyers will be taken to the secured Payment Gateway.
On the Payment Gateway window, they will select their Card type, provide your Card details and CVV No. On clicking SUBMIT, these details will be sent to Seller’s merchant bank server for authorisation and authentication. Upon approval their transaction is complete.
